From concept to completion, The Authentic - Montessori School (Golden Orchard) has been creating
eye-catching results for over 20 years.

The Golden Orchard Montessori School of Mississauga was
founded in 1992 by by Virginia Rajakumar, licensed by the Ministry of Children and
Youth Services, The Golden Orchard Montessori School provides an authentic Montessori learning
environment and curriculum, through hard work and dedicated Montessori educators.

We care of for our children and ensure that they learn the ”Montessori way“. Further we ensure that the children continue
to keep their endeavor always burning within them, and maintain the nurturing light of intelligence.

The Golden Orchard Montessori School of Mississauga is fully accredited by
The Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators which is a legally registered Canadian,
not-for-profit corporation committed to supporting Canadian Montessori administrators
and schools. The CCMA provides a unified voice in negotiations with government and other agencies.

Golden Orchard Montessori School provides an authentic Montessori learning environment and curriculum, through hard work and dedicated Montessori educators.
Founded by Virginia Rajakumar in 1992, licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Golden Orchard Montessori School strives to provide an authentic Montessori learning environment and curriculum, through hard working and dedicated Montessori educators and an incredibly supportive community. G.O.M.S provides a foundation for a lifetime of learning that encourages individuals to reach their unique human potential. All teachers are certified by Association Montessori International. We are Members of C.C.M.A (Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators) & NAMTA (North American Montessori Teacher's Association)

Our classroom is spacious, bright and carefully designed to provide a stimulating learning environment. The activities are attractively displayed on open shelves, with work areas throughout the room and materials available on accessible shelving. Acting as a link between the child and the material, the teacher assists the children as they progress along the learning path from the concrete to the abstract. We provide children with a wide range of meaningful experiences that empower them to explore their world. We help children gradually expand their knowledge and skills as they grow into confident, self-directed students of life.
